Estimates

Estimates provided by Benedict Construction LLC are good-faith assessments based on the information available at the time of inspection. Estimates are not binding contracts. Final project costs may vary based on actual conditions, material prices, scope changes, and unforeseen circumstances discovered during construction. Any changes will be communicated and approved by the client before work proceeds.

Payment Terms

• Payment schedules are outlined in the project contract agreed upon by both parties
• A deposit may be required before work commences
• Progress payments are due at agreed-upon milestones
• Final payment is due upon project completion and client satisfaction
• We accept cash, checks, credit cards, and bank transfers

Warranty

Benedict Construction LLC warrants all labor and workmanship performed. If any defects in workmanship are discovered, we will repair or correct the issue at no additional charge within the warranty period. Manufacturer warranties apply separately to all materials and products installed. Normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by others is not covered under our warranty.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Benedict Construction LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
